Ultimately your role is to make sales. In order to do that, you need to make sure that you’re doing all the actions that need to be done on a daily basis so that you cam meet your weekly targets and then your monthly targets.
So what do you need to do?
Target: You need to call every day. You should be looking at making 40 calls every day which, depending on how many you get through to, should take you anything from 60 to 90 minutes.
Target: If you’re making the correct number of calls each day, based on what others using the same system have achieved, you should get between 2-5 interested people who will agree to having that important 15 minute Zoom or phone appointment with you.
Depending on how many agree to the more indepth appointment (and given that you MUST keep to the 15 minute meeting slot), you’ll need to allocate 45 – 90 minutes a day for appointments when you are going full tilt.
Target: If you are good at the appoinment phase you should get an approx 50-75% hit rate of people wanting to see the strategy that you put together for them. So, you’ll be looking at sending out anything from 1 to 3 quotes a day.
In my experience of undertaking SEO quotes, I have a 75% conversion rate using the exact same quoting system/strategy you’ll be using. So in otherwords, I close 3 out of 4 quotes that I send out. However, I am well aware that these were based on inbound sales enquiries, whereas we are undertaking outbound sales enquiries here.
So, it remains to be seen what your actual figures are (it’s all about finding your numbers in the sales game), but ultimately, you are looking to close at least 1 deal a day once you have got into full swing so you will need to find your numbers and work backwards from them to ensure predictable results each day, wee and month..
Target: 1 sale a day (or 20 per month).
